The Dress

This beautiful Modeca dress was worn by myself on my wedding day, in July, last year.
Buying this dress was one of the best decisions that I made for my wedding day.
It is elegant, sophisticated, yet so comfy. I wore this dress from 10am to 10pm, in 27 degree heat and still didn't want to take it off at the end of the night.

With discrete zip fastening at the back, this made it easy to slip in and out of, but with the look of a buttoned back.
Fixed inserted bra, meant going braless was not a problem.

The ribbon on the halter linked up to make a bow behind the neck.

I am a size 10 and approx. 5ft 8" tall and with kitten heels the dress just touched the ground.
The dress was altered to add boning down the waist to help hold its shape and not roll down.

I had flexibility wearing this dress, sitting down to have lunch was not a problem.

Loops added on the underside of the dress to enable you to hook the dress up, I have shown this look in one of the photos.

The dress has been cleaned and is is great condition.
Minor flaws right at the bottom where it had touched the ground and a small mark at the top, above the chest, by the halter, hardly visible unless you look hard.

I hope someone enjoys wearing this dress as much as I did.
It truly was a Gem to find xx

Alterations

Dress had been shorted at the bottom
Boning was added to the sides (waist) to help hold its shape
Loops added to hook the dress up
Loops removed to hold dress on hanger ( has to be help by halter or skirt hanger)
