This is split sizing and not altered yet. The side is 8/10/8 to give extra space in the waist area to be safe. The color is called Ivory, but it looks closer to white. Beautiful shine and sparkly beads throughout. Also, the only option for me to pick regarding fabric was "tulle" in this listing. It's actually called "embellished tulle" which is beautiful and very light and comfortable.
