The Dress

This Madi Lane- Madison style ticked all the boxes for me. Married September 2023.
The skirt has a champagne, satin underlay, with three layers of antique white, lace overlays. The colour is gorgeous! This beautiful dress accentuated every part of the femine figure. Its lace bodice tastefully enhanced the breasts, while the back of the bodice showcased a sheer, mid, low cut back. Capped sleeves provided security and style, while enhancing the soft curvature of the shoulders. It had a beautiful waistline focusing on a midline drape and flow of the delicate lace over skirt. It had a perfect balance of lace appliqué’s and just the right of amount of sequins to give it that “ eye catching “ shimmer. No matter which angle you looked at the dress, it’s classical and splendid design provided elegance and sophistication at every level. The dress is clean. No marks. No stains.
It also comes with the matching Madison, chapel length, chantilly lace veil.
I felt beautiful, and secure it my dress. I received so many compliments. Worn by one very happy bride- me! 😊You won’t be disappointed.

Alterations

The dress was originally a size 16, but was professionally altered by a bridal seamstress to a size 12, because I lost weight. A sheer matching lace insert was added to the cleavage for modesty. Discreet loops x 3 were added to create a bussel for dancing. Skirt was shortened from the waist line, so that the skirts lace hem imbellishment was not compromised. The veil has a small 1.5 cm sheer tear . Very difficult to find on the veil. Cannot see it at all. The veil alone was purchased for $450 AU.
