Bought at Kleinfelds. I am a size 2 and this is a size 10. The quote I received for alterations was too expensive given size difference so I have found another dress. This dress still has the plastic from the tag on it but Kleinfelds kept the physical tag. Photo attached! Since I have never worn it, I don't have any flattering photos of it being worn. Here is a photo from online. It is truly a beautiful dress. Wish it was my size! Price negotiable.
