The dress was worn for one day during the ceremony and reception. I changed dresses after the first dance so the dress was not worn heavily that day. I have had the dress professionally cleaned and pressed. This dress was very comfortable, no chafing and did not feel heavy.
Alterations
Alterations: the only alterations made to the dress were tailoring the length, adding cups and a French style bustle which you can see in the dancing photo. The length was tailored to a 5'8' person wearing 2 inch heels.
