This gown has been altered but the correct measurements are listed above and here. This waist is almost like a built in corset, so its meant to cinch you in.

Here’s the measurement (in inches):
BUST 17 inches

HIPS Open / [removed]

Notes: #3 Hips are really open, but I measured across for width at that point.

#4-6: it has two hems, a front short hem and a back longer hem. I measured both, down the front only. So #5 for example is from the tip of the front of the bodice to the longest part of the train.
