Selling skirt only. The skirt has a train which can be bustled.
Skirt can be adjusted to bigger or smaller, the clasp will allow for both with plenty of room each way to go up or down a size.
The skirt has 6 petticoat layers and a long train. Fully lined. (One of the under petticoat layers has torn slightly - This cannot be seen at all as underneath)
Perfect for a Size 10-12 - a few adjustments would be needed to fit perfectly by moving the clasp.
