The only alteration was the replacement of the sash. The dress was not altered in any other way. This one is sewn into the dress so it didn't fall forward, but that means it is not removable. I'm 5'8", wore flats, and the dress was floor length. Back is sheer but doesn't require a bra of any kind as the front is supportive enough (I'm 36DD). The wedding day was short, calm, and the dress has zero stains or imperfections. It was dry cleaned and put in a preservation box that same week and has remained there since. Always stored in clean, temperature control, smoke free environments. Happy to answer any questions.
