I am 5’2 and wore 4 inch heels. As you can see in the pictures, the dress was still sort of dragging on the floor

- Hemmed the dress
- lowered the mesh net in the neckline so it would no longer be visible
- lowered the back one inch in a V shape
- added a “hook” to the train so I could carry it during pictures (no bustle)
