The Dress
Beautiful 1940s style sheath dress by Australian designer Karen Willis Holmes. Timeless, vintage inspired design. Sheer beaded lace over the top of a satin spaghetti strap slip. Cap sleeves. Can be worn with or without the belt (this was an addition to the original). Detailed embroidery on front and back, with fabric covered buttons up the back. Train can be buttoned up, as shown in photos.
Dry cleaned and stored correctly.
Tiniest bit of damage to chiffon overlay at the back at end of train, but this is very small and not noticeable at all when wearing (see last photo). Apart from that, it's in perfect condition!
Alterations
Embroidered belt was an addition, and made to match the dress. Minor alterations to body to make fit correctly.
