I knew I wanted a dress with sleeves and, truth be told, I wasn't sold on the bell sleeves on this dress when I saw it on the hanger. But when I tried it on, I just knew...that "feeling." I personally strive in my own fashion choices to wear both classy and unique pieces -- and this dress hits that on all cylinders! There is so much elegance and character without being overdone!
