Dress is a beautiful backless Marchesa gown. It was purchased in 2020 at Gabriella NYC (store now closed). It is a size 10 and I normally wore a size 8-10 when I purchased it. Retail price was around $7999 at the time. It also had a plunging neckline pre-alterations if you want to return it to its original form (please see section below about alterations). All you have to do is remove the tulle type piece added between the bust area to make it a plunging v-neck dress again. Dress has a little damage to the bottom (see photo), but this could be easily repaired. Purchased in 2020 but wedding was delayed due to Covid, so I finally wore the dress this past year. I paid around $1000 to Hallak Cleaners in NYC to clean the dress, so it's in a pretty good condition. Did not purchase the cape, so it does not come with that.

Alterations

Pictures number 2 and 3 were taken when the dress was purchased before any alterations
The rest of the pictures were taken after the alterations
I didn't like how low cut the dress was, so I had a sheer tulle piece put in to hold together the bust area a little more
This piece can be removed so that the dress is returned to the low plunging neckline like the first three photos
The dress was also altered to fit my body optimally, so it was taken in certain places
Lastly, we removed some of the 3D flowers on the upper/middle part of the gown since I liked them really only on the bottom half
