New with tags sample dress purchased from DB. Has a zipper but has beautiful button details all the way from top of zipper to end of the train (seen in 3rd photo if you zoom in)! Bought from a sample sale. There is slight dirt along the hem from being in store- I can send more pictures if interested. True to size 10. Actual dress shown in photos is on a size 4 with clips holding dress in place.
