I absolutely loved my Jenny Yoo Holden gown from BHLDN! It features a stunning floral lace pattern, structured corset, dainty buttons on the back, a full skirt with a slight train, and off-the-shoulder puff sleeves. The sleeves are removable with tiny buttons below the armpit (which you cannot feel at all). And it has POCKETS! The dress is lined and feels super supportive and comfortable. With the proper fit, you shouldn’t have to wear any bra or Spanx. It has a slit on the left thigh, which can be closed a bit if you’d like extra coverage.

I have taken great care of the dress (completely dry cleaned and stored) since my wedding day and I’m excited for it to go to a new bride. The dress is in great condition.

There are two areas with faded stains on the skirt that I’ve tried to remove. When altering, your seamstress may be able to eliminate this section of fabric. Luckily they are barely noticeable due to the pattern of the lace.

The dress was a bit expensive to alter due to the layers - I paid $750. See the alterations section for fit information.

Alterations

The dress was altered from a size 8 to fit a size 6
I couldn’t order the size 6 since it was out of stock, but that size fit perfectly when tried on in-store
So, please order only if you’re considering a size 6, or just in between a 6-8!
The dress was hemmed to fit a 5’7 frame (I’m 5’3 and wore 4 inch heels.)
Cups were inserted to fit a 34B cup size
The skirt was bustled with invisible buttons and loops

Once bustled, the back of the dress shouldn’t protrude as much as it does in the photo - I think we did it wrong on my wedding day
