This was my total dream dress. The sizes below are all UK sizes!
Vivienne Westwood Duchess Satin couture dress. It's totally unique as I had them change their design to my specification as the twist you see at the back of the skirt was originally designed to be at the side.
It looks like a dress but it's actually a corset and a high waisted skirt that fit together perfectly.
The corset top can be arranged to show more or less cleavage and I changed it around during my wedding day depending on how demure I felt I should be!
I felt amazing in this dress and I hope that someone else will feel that good again.
The dress has been dry cleaned twice and is in very good shape. The back detail is particularly beautiful.
The colour is a gorgeous rich, warm cream colour.
I was a size 10 (US size 6) when I had this made but Westwood's sizing is quite small so they had me as a size 12 (US size 8) but I know I was wearing high street clothes that were size 10 at the time of the wedding.
I am only selling to pay for an operation for my beloved cat! I will be sad to see this beautiful part of my history go.
