Retails for $400, and I am trying to sell so make an offer! Really lovely, feels very princess-y but I have decided to go with a different dress because it just doesn't fit me right. My bust is a little too small, and I'm a little too short (for reference I'm 5'3").

Dress waist measures about 28", bust is 35", and length from shoulder to hem is 60". It does have a small train.
