New, with designer label and tags in original garment bag. It’s only been taken out to be tried on and is in perfect condition with no alterations. Comes with removable lace off the shoulder straps that I bought for $90. The top bodice of the dress has boning and the back has buttons (buttons do not run all the way down). Tag still attached. I was in between this and another dress but ended up going with a different style of dress.
