This dress is Derrick by Sottero and Midgley. The site describes it by, “Delicate lace motifs and patterns waltz over textured tulle in this soft fit-and-flare wedding dress, accenting the sweetheart neckline, lace spaghetti straps, and illusion back. Finished with pearl buttons over zipper closure.” You can google the dress and see what it looked like on the model.
