The Dress
This two piece gown consists of a charmeuse slip and a lace overlay adorned with embroidery and (subtle) crystals. The slip colour is 'cafe' (similar to a champagne) which adds a very subtle warmth to the dress and works beautifully with the ivory lace overlay.
The gown is both glamorous and very easy to wear. It is not a heavy or restricting dress. The bustle allows you to walk and dance in the dress without any difficulty.
I had alterations to the length of the gown (I am 169cm tall & wore 7cm heels) and had the thick straps taken up a few center meters.
I also had cups inserted into the slip so I did not need any further support on the day.
The gown has been dry cleaned is ready to wear! I could not have been happier with this gown and will be sad to see it go.
