This is a beautiful Watters Design Montgomery by Wtoo. It is layered tulle with floral embroidery throughout the layers. There are straps over the shoulders that are sheer and it has a flow plunging back. I ultimately decided on wanting a fitted dress for my big day so I am hoping to get some of what I paid back so I may get a new dress! I am open to offers on the dress!
