Beautiful tea length 1950s style dress by Candy Anthony.
The ensemble consists of a strapless dress with fitted bodice with boning for structure and flared lined skirt. A separate two-tier petticoat is worn under the dress to give the A-line silhouette. (I found the two-tier petticoat was the perfect balance for giving a gorgeous shape without feeling too heavy).
Over the strapless dress is the delicate rose lace and net layer and finally the silk sash completes the look tied in a bow at the back.
It felt amazing to wear. It’s such a feminine and stylish classic style.
The tea length allows easy movement without worrying about tripping over your hem and it’s brilliant to dance in!
