Ruby is elegant, designed and made by Kelly Cooper Couture. Ruby is new and was made for a photo shoot.
Made with a beautiful textured polyester cotton fabric, the top is strapless and the skirt is a full panelled skirt that flows to the floor. The waist is highlighted with a subtle elegant belt that wraps all the way around and the detachable sleeves just add that beautiful finishing touch.
The dress is a size 8 but if needed, Kelly will be happy to alter it to fit you (additional cost).
