Alterations
English Bustle Added, Bodice Taken In, Length Shortened (I'm 5'10" with 2" shoes it hit the floor). Skirt can be taken in as well for a slimmer profile, but I left it to be more relaxed and flowy. Can add a slit in the skirt with further alterations.
