Literally brand new with tags! Never been worn!! Pristine condition. Hemmed length and has a Train-Flip Bustle!

While I love this really pretty dress, my Grandmother passed away so I am wearing her dress to my wedding to honor her, I am looking to sell this for what I bought it for (not including what I already paid for the $350 I paid in alterations).

Hemmed: I am 5'5" and I altered it right to floor length (still has train)
Bustle: I added a Train-Flip Bustle which is where the bustle gets flipped inside and tied up (looks like its all one length from the outside)
Added hooks to the halter top: It was a little tight on the neck so I had them put a couple extra options to hook the halter top
