This Badgley Mischka gown was purchased from Avenue 22 Bridal in Toronto. I purchased it for my wedding in December 2023 but became pregnant 3 months before the wedding so I ended up wearing another dress as this one could no longer fit me and was already altered. This dress is a bridal size 10 that was altered to fit me at 5’1” with 3.5” heels, 140 lbs. The dress was never worn!!! Only tried on and worn for a couple of minutes at each fitting. It has been kept it in the dust bag with the cape sleeves and tags.
A custom cathedral veil was also made to match the dress and is available for purchase as well.
This gorgeous gown features the following:
- A classic trumpet/mermaid silhouette with all-over floral lace accompanied with glitter lining
- Sequin tulle cape sleeves that run past its train
- Embellished cape sleeves cascade down from the romantic off-shoulder sleeves
- Cape sleeves can be removed and off shoulder sleeves can be removed so there are a total of 3 looks
- 3 layers: underneath the romantic lace top layer is the intricate and sparkly glitter lining. The train is made long with cascading lace pattern, which attenuates the flowy sparkly effect as you walk
- There are sheer sections in the bodice and the sides by the hips
