Fabric feels amazing and moves beautifully when you move. Fitted top half has been taking in to fit a small bust. Bustle is a small ribbon that can be threaded through a loop on the skirt.
Alterations
Bodice adjusted to a smaller size. Hem is slightly shorter at the front than the back to allow for ease of movement. Bustle added, final picture shows skirt bustled up.
