Lea Ann Belter, 2 Piece - Eden (gown), Abigail (topper)

It took forever to find my dream dress but the minute I stepped into Lea Ann Belter's boutique and I tried it on, I knew. Used for a Fall season, Niagara-On-The-Lake vineyard wedding. I felt comfortable, elegant and flirty all at the same time in this beautiful two piece!

The Abigail topper is off-white, made from French Aleçon lace, sometimes called 'the queen of lace' from France, with delicate buttons running along the back from top to bottom, and are covered in silk Dupion. The topper also has an elegant plunging v-neck line and 3/4 sleeves. There was laced custom stitched in place to allow for no bra if you so choose as I did. I love how soft, comfortable, and breathable the topper felt on me.

The Eden gown is a combination of off-white and blush, made from Italian silk organza and blush and cream silk charmeuse. Which gives it a perfect blush/peachy colour that shows through the silk organza. Perfect colours for a Spring, Summer or Fall wedding dress. The gown has stitched horse hair netted hemming around the bottom of the skirt to add structure for movement. I loved how it moved while I danced and how the horse hair netting added some volume to the gown but at the same time wasn’t overly poofy.

The topper and gown are both in excellent condition, worn once for a few hours, and have been professionally cleaned and stored in their Lea-Ann Belter wedding garment bag since after wedding. I am a non-smoker, and no burns, tears or stains are on either piece.
