This is a blue ombre skirt from Helena Granby, bought on Instagram as a sample used for display, and never worn by me except when I tried it on in the pictures. I believe it was originally made to measure. The white is true white and should be possible to match with a top from the designer or elsewhere. Measurements given are skirt waist and length. There are one or two snags in the tulle but otherwise it is in excellent condition.
