Made With Love, Rosey Crepe

Rosey Crepe dress from Made With Love. Purchased at the London boutique for my wedding in NZ in February 2024. A dream to wear and I am sad to part with her, but I know she will bring joy to another bride!

Beautiful crepe material that shapes the body beautifully but has some give (very easy to move / dance in). Back features the Rosey lace. Skirt fully crepe (does not have the lace train that the original Rosey comes with).

Sizing at MWL is that you have a bust, waist and hip measurement and the dress is tailored to you. I believe this dress was 10 at bust and waist, and 12 at hips. I am [removed]cm tall and wore 10cm heels. I opted for the 3cm higher neckline.

Had her altered but only slightly by an approved MWL dressmaker in London. Brought in at the hips and under the bum, as well as some length off. Added a bustle as well as a loop on the inside for putting around the wrist.

No marks / stains / tears on the dress other than some slight discolouration at the very edge of the trim. I have washed the dress (spot / hand was as guided by MWL and she looks fabulous) but the trim discolouration should come out when professionally cleaned. If you are under 5ft3, you’d probably need to have her shortened regardless so that material would be cut off. Two of the back buttons have come off but I have spares that I can provide and a seamstress can easily put these back on.
