The Dress
This dress was custom made by a wedding dress maker in the Los Angeles Fashion District in spring 2023. Unfortunately when it arrived, the fit was too small for me, and I didn’t want to deal with letting the waist out. Also I decided that I wanted to go in a different direction stylistically.
The dress has never been worn besides when I tried it on after it arrived from the dress maker. The nice thing about it is the bodice is strong and creates a beautiful hourglass shape. However, I do not recommend purchasing this if your waist is even a half inch over 30”. It will be too tight on you, and altering the bodice is a pain if you have to expand it. It’s much easier to take the waist in if necessary.
