New, never worn, with tags! Never Altered. Panic bought this dress off Still White in late 2023 because I didn't think the dress I had ordered would come in time for my February wedding (my dress did come in on time, so never wore this one).
Back of the dress has buttons, however, they are just for show the dress has a zipper.
