Rebecca Vallance Billie dress, stunning dress on with a beautiful crepe fabric with a slight bit of texture. Thick and comfortable fabric. Open back, and exposed gold zip to close. Flared skirt with small-ish train. Bought brand new from The Outnet,worn once, dry cleaned in great condition, there is the faintest little bit of dirt on the inside at the hem still though.

Alterations
- Reduced the shoulder pads- from significant padding, to a very slight padding so it doesn’t look like they’re there, but there’s nice structure
- Also minor alterations on the hem length to shorten- I’m 178cm and wore 6cm heels and was still full length on me
- And minor alterations to being it slightly tighter around the waist, but there’s still a bit of room
