Johana Hernandez is a Latina (from El Salvador) designer based in California. Her and her mother worked to create this beautiful dress and are extremely sweet. I got to meet them both while visiting to try on this dress.

Since the dress is tulle, there are tiny snags (mostly at the ends) in the dress that aren’t noticeable. The dress is still very capable of a second life.
