The Dress

Envy by Eva Lendel, brand new with tags still on, worn only once to take these photos no flaws or alterations. I fell in love with this dress online and ordered it about two days after it arrived at the stockist near me as part of their 2024 love spell collection. However I have now decided I want a different style dress so I am selling this beauty although I still do love it. Ivory in colour with lace sleeves and sides, the lace has little delicate beads and some sequins sewn in for a little sparkle as well. While the dress has had no alterations I did have it made with another fold in the bodice to make the sweet heart neckline look more eyelash like with less lace coming out the top than the original dress does. I also had it made with a nude underlining in the side panels as I thought this would be better than the original sheer to hide underwear (which it does) but looks like the nude fabric could be removed with alterations if the original sheer look is preferred. Both modifications are featured in the photos and I am happy to send more photos just message me. I have put my measurements up as the EU 38 size was ordered for me off the stores sizing guide using these measurements, but I am generally an Australian size 10 and it did fit well but could be taken in easily with alterations. The dress also wasn’t super tight on me anywhere and felt like it had some stretch in the fabric as well so if you are a few cm bigger than I am I think you would be fine. I am about 170cm tall (top of head to ground) in heels and as you can see in the photos there was still plenty of length on the bottom of the dress for alterations. The sleeves are also purposely made longer with this design so that you have the choice to alter them to the length you like. I just wanted to note as well they say low back but it’s more of a medium to low back and if you really love an hour glass shape the side panels are made to really accentuate that silhouette and it’s beautiful. I have seen people wearing this with an overskirt as well but I did not buy an overskirt to go with it as I loved it on its own. The rainbow in the dress pictures is just from the sunlight reflecting off the mirror and please excuse my editing scribbles, there is no other filters or photoshop applied to the photos either. I also have a couple of veils, a cathedral length plain ivory tulle one and a cathedral length light ivory tulle veil with flower lace trim around the ends. Full disclosure they are not expensive veils as when I was trying them on I honestly couldn’t tell the difference or see the difference in photo’s between a $50 one and the $500 ones so I got the cheaper ones. But I am happy to throw them in for free with the dress if you would like.
