Bought this Sarah Seven dress as a sample/unworn. I began alterations on the top but then decided to go with another dress! The alterations have been reverted so the dress is true to the size 10 measurements that I bought it as. No hemming was done so that can be done to whatever height you need. In new condition and hasn't been worn for longer than a few minutes at a time.
