Beautiful romantic two piece by designer Martina Liana. Skirt has two full layers of fabric ,top layer is ivory tulle embellished with appliqués , second layer is a beautiful lace that gives a three D effect. Top is strapless and is decorated with beading and 3D flowers. It has straps that go over the upper arm, you could remove them
