This is a brand new, never worn dramatic and elegent dress with jeweled optional cape. It is very modern looking and flattering around the waist as the bling gives an illusion of a smaller waist. There are no flaws and I had considered hemming off the skirt to be a short and easy to move in reception dress. The dress alone was $2200 and the cape was $400.
