Gorgeous dress. No padding in the chest area but not really needed since the beading is right there. Skirt semi opaque as pictured. Can have tulle layer added if desired. Measurements are what was given for the custom measured dress but fit is a little big around the middle. Dress is gorg though it came out so beautiful I just ordered it before we set a date then we decided to wait four years lol
