This dress has a crinoline layer underneath.
The dress would suit a shorter person. I am 5' 3 and I had the dress hemmed so I could wear it with 1 inch heels.
I was also 4 month pregnant when I wore the dress (!), so it's not super tight in the tummy area and there is ample room in the chest area!
Lovely beading on the top of the dress at the front and back, as well as a thin layer of ribbon and beads at the hem line.
