The Dress

Stunning designer Giambattista Valli dress which I absolutely loved and people still mention the dress from my wedding. It is unique and was only sold at Bergdorf's in NY and Browns in London (where I purchased it). I was the only person to buy it in London so highly unlikely anyone else would be wearing this dress in Australia. I am 5ft1 so suits a petite bride. It showed off my figure without drowning it. It's very light so perfect for a summer wedding. The feathered effect of the organza is gorgeous as you move. The fitted bodice is actually very comfortable as it's stretch fabric and not bony/tight- there was no sucking in/being conscious of it during the day. I am small-breasted so a strapless bra is built-in which gave the extra cleavage but this could be removed. It can be worn with or without the grosgrain ribbon. The train is beautiful but has a tie built-in to the skirt so it can be tucked up into a bustle for later in the evening. I loved this dress and would love someone else to have a beautiful wedding day in it! I'm moving overseas so have chosen to let the dress go.
