I am selling my wedding gowns ‘Meiere’ organza silk dress, worn with the Caroline Slip dress. The Meiere gown is vintage inspired, and the hemline opens into a sweeping skirt that floats as you walk.
Both dresses are size ‘Small’ but fit a size 10. Purchased directly from Kamperett online store in California.
The organza dress runs slightly larger to size. The hem was taken up by a few centimetres for both gowns. I am 170cm and wore a 5cm heel. I had two clasp loops attached to the Meiere gown so that the slip dress could be held in place. There are minor signs of wear at the bottom of the organza hem, and a hole that can be entirely removed if the hem was taken up a few cm. Photos available on request.
All alterations were completed at ‘Ilka’ in Perth, Australia. Both have been dry-cleaned.
I would have loved to kept these dresses, but I can’t bear to cut it up. I’m hoping someone can enjoy them as much as I did.
