The dress was altered to add chest padding and additional breast coverage. The waist and butt area were also taken in several inches. Nude was trimmed from the neck area to fall flat around the chest. 19 3/4 of an inch from the upper back to butt with the nude nylon. Slight stretch in the fabric as it's lace-based.
