I do not know the year the dress was made as I cannot find information on the designer. I am 5’9 and it hit just above the top of my feet in flats. I wear a dress size 6. It is not what we now consider a size 10 despite the label. You must be a small 4/6 to wear this dress. The underlay is ivory and the overlay of lace is white. The belt and beading along the neckline are included. There is a side zipper down the left side.
