This dress is the moment! Never been worn. It has not been altered only a bussle was added. It has incredible detail with the beading throughout the bodice going all the way down to the train. There is a bit of sequin in the underskirt so it shines beautifully in the light. It is very comfortable and has a bit of stretch in the hips. It is very breathable and even more gorgeous in person.
If you have similar measurements to me - it fit my hips but would need to be taken in at the waist. Other than that the dress fit perfectly!
