The Dress

Maggie Sottero Sophronia soft nude/alabaster/pewter, purchased as a size 18 for the bust and the waist taken in to a size 12. Easy zippered back with beautiful long train with gorgeous "buttons/gems" all the way down the back of the train. It glistened beautifully in the lighting at our venue. Dress has pockets, it was a must! I am unsure the manufacture date but this dress was ordered/purchased in the fall of 2020. Purchase price was $2896.89. (add .5" to all cm measurements above Ex. bust, waist, hips, height) I wore flats for comfort.
I truly loved my dress and am not looking to make a great deal of money, simply would like another beautiful pride to love it as much as I do!

Alterations

Shoulder straps were shortened slightly as they were too long. Waist line was altered but no fabric was cut away so it could be let out in the future. No beads were removed and it was all hand stitched by my seamstress. There are a few threads that need to be cleaned up on the upper part of the dress from ladies trying it on. A bustle was added so the train was easily clipped up and out of the way for the reception/dance. Reminder to have the sides picked up smoothly when clipping to the bustle to not create the little wing you see in my one photo. This is easily avoidable. A strapless bra has been sewn into the dress for comfort. Can be removed if desired.
