Brand new, only tried on when I picked it up- just went a different direction. When I tried on the dress for pick up (in the photos) I am measuring at a bridal size 20/22, however this dress is a 26 bridal. Could definitely be taken down, for someone 3-5 inches smaller in the bust, waist and hips.
