After contemplating what to do with this amazing, unforgettable dress I’ve decided it’s best to offer it to someone else to enjoy on their wedding day.

The dress is called Swanson by Suzanne Neville and was purchased and customised at the Knightsbridge flagship store. The beautiful lines of this dress are so attractive and the fabrics used are simply outstanding. Customisations include the addition of a silk belt in the waist and a full button closure at the back (the original design had an open back). The skirt is full with several petticoats and a detachable petticoat for the evening. There is also a little tie to lift the skirt for dancing. The fact that the dress has pockets is just another cherry on the cake!

The dress has been dry cleaned and has only been worn once on a lovely spring day in 2019 - evidence of wear only shows on the bottom inside of the dress with very minor marks. It has been hanging in its special cover in the closet since, waiting for the next outing. If you like a dress that’s modern yet timeless in style then this is definitely one to consider. It surely made me feel very lucky and special.
