Size small - would suit a true size 8 perfectly. A little bit of give in the bust so it's not super tight on a size 8.

The length is superb, I'm 174cm and with medium heels the front is off the ground so you're not tripping over yourself. The back is longer so there is a small train that touches the ground but it's not too long so people won't be stepping on it! You can definitely wear this dress your whole wedding day and eat and dance in comfort while looking like a goddess!
