Dress worn once to a deb ball and then professionally cleaned and sealed up in box stored in a closet with climate control ever since. Straps were attached to prevent a dress "malfunction" (mandated by organization). Dress fit to true to size. Sweetheart neckline, light ruching on bodice, beaded belt simple and classy. Full tulle skirt flows and not heavy. No train.It was flouncy and fun.
