It comes with attachments for organza off shoulder sleeves. Has snap buttons in the inside of dress to snap on and off. If you want strapless look or off the shoulder look . You can use both ways, or one or the other. I wore it both ways. One way for ceremony with organza off shoulder look. Then strapless for reception. It has a bustle for dancing. Beautiful dress ! I added more length to the train to make it longer. Was going for the "wow factor." I also added more organza to the front as well. I felt like a princess that day. So comfortable as well. The color is blush . I dry cleaned it just spent $300.00 to do so. I'm happy to make another princess' day special 💗
